Happy Birthday Baron

On Friday night Gigi, Addi, John and I tried to plan a little surprise party for Baron.  While he and Andrea went out with friends for his birthday we made cupcakes and decorated the house.  But by the time they got home both kids were asleep.

The Simple Things - Sharing a cup of frozen yogurt

I love that all of my grand babies are so excited to see my mom.  They can't wait to see her and ask her about her dog, Princess.    I love that they are having a little conversation.   Just the two of them.  Oh The Simple Things.

Getting ready for Miss Delainey's 1st birthday party

Each time that my girls are getting ready for one of the kids birthday parties I get to help with the decorations.  Delainey's first birthday party is going to be A Sweet Shop theme.  So I made a bubble game machine and John is making a corn hole game for the kids that looks like an Ice Cream Cone.   I'm very excited about the party and I think it will be so cute.

And now I pronounce you husband and wife

The bride, her stepson and granddaughter
 Walking down the isle

 Funny man!

 Stop please!

 And here comes the garter.
On Saturday,  February 18, Andy and Betty took their vows.  It was so cute to see these two people take their vows.  It was also very comical in some parts of the ceremony.  But the wedding was sweet and the reception was fun.

THIS BEAUTIFUL COUPLE GETTING READY FOR THE NEXT DAY TO TAKE THEIR VOWS.
On Friday night we went to the rehearsal for John's Uncle Andy.   Andy met Betty at the nursing home before his wife died.  He started volunteering and soon found a companion.  They were so cute and nervous.  After the rehearsal we had a great dinner at the Milano Inn.

The Bookstore Valentine's Day Party

 Happy Valentine's Faces
Well almost all of them,  too cool for "the heart"
And we're back to smiling faces.
I have 4 teenagers that work for me at the bookstore.  We decided we would have a pitch in today.  We would all bring a snack or treat and we would order pizza's for lunch.  The kids get so excited for these special days.   We had a fun day and it was exciting to celebrate all day.

Pajama Party

Addi and Gigi spent the night with us on Saturday night.  We went to Pizza King and had our favorite yummy pizza and bread sticks.  Then we came home changed in to our PJ's and got everything ready for our bed on the floor.  Addi watched The Wiggles on the computer and Gigi and I watched the new Smurf's movie.  We loved it.  Then of course we had a few snacks and then Gigi and Papa played Memory.  We had a great night.  The next morning after "Good Mornings" all around Gigi said the next time they came over we should have a tea party.  Love it.

Our Valentine's Party

Gigi helped me decorate the table.

Gigi was showing her mommy the scrapbook she has been working on.

Strawberry milk, YUM.

I made Andrea and Missy this Valentine's wall hanging.

Who loves The Chipmunks?  We Do!

Kissy Face........

Love...........

John and I hosted a small Valentine's Party for us and The Gambrel's.   I had so much fun making some of the Valentine crafts.   The felt fortune cookies, the gum drop kabobs, and the arrow straws.  It was also fun to decorate with all the pinks and reds.  I love my little Valentine Tree.   We also played a "Wheel of Fortune" game but you landed on some "love" squares.  Like Kiss someone on the cheek, give some a booty bump, give someone a high five, and win a prize.  Then, of course, we had a heart photo booth.
