Its all about the black and white

Every year it has become a tradition for John and the guys to go to the race. This year was different because Vince wasn't here to go. He was greatly missed. But John, Baron, and Nick were joined by one of John's friends Dave. They started the day with biscuits and gravy sat up in the garage. Then with lunch and some drinks in tow they left at 7:30 a.m. They had a great day and as always John had the best day. I think he bleeds black and white! I see the pictures each year and swear they are the same pictures from the year before. But I'm glad they have so much fun and enjoy the traditions. We ended the day with a cookout and all got in to the day of black and white.

We had a great time at the 500 Parade today. Even though this face doesn't look

like she was having a good time. She loved the big cartoon balloons. Addi loved all the

balloons that they let go. The guys are going to the race tomorrow. Andrea and the kids and

I are going to hang out at Andrea's. Happy Memorial Day Weekend everyone!!!

Here come the Princesses....

We traveled to St. Louis this weekend to celebrate Molly's 4th Birthday. She had a Princess Party at The Magic House. It was so cute with all of Molly's friends decorating crowns and cupcakes. Then it was off to play in the Magic House. My favorite part was the little place that we ate lunch (but my batteries died so I couldn't take pictures) and the new exhibit that was a sandy area where the kids could play in the sand and we could relax. It was a fun day. Happy Birthday Molly.

Addi turns 6

I Love You, Addi!!

This weekend was Addi's 6th birthday. Our sweet, sweet little boy turns 6 already. I can't believe it. On Friday, his birthday, we went to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch and he had a great time. He loves to ride some of the rides and climb and run around. Then we had a nice evening sitting at Andrea and Baron's house while the kids jumped till they couldn't jump anymore in the Bounce House. Then on Saturday Andrea and Baron had his birthday party at McDonald's but in typical Andrea fashion she stepped in up a notch with a beautiful candy buffet. The kids got Happy Meals and were able to play in the play area and then pick their favorite candy to take home for their goodie bags. It was such a fun party and Addi had smiles all day. My favorite part of the day was when Addi sang Happy Birthday to himself. What a beautiful sweet boy. I love you Addi and I am so glad you had a great party.
