Easter Morning Addi and Gigi Egg Hunt

John and I went to Andrea's this morning to watch their Easter egg hunt and see their goodies. They were excited to show us their baskets and to open the eggs and see their loot.

3 on 3 - Evan and Quay

Evan and Quay were in a 3 on 3 tournament at Bracket Town for the Final Four. John and I went to see them and it was so fun to see all the hype and to watch them play. They won that game and were going to play again at 5:00 and then if they won would play for the championship at 7:00.

Lunch with the family for Easter and Evan's birthday

We had lunch with my family for Easter at Circle Center. We also celebrated Evan's birthday day. We always enjoy visiting with them and seeing the kids. Evan always enjoys seeing Gigi and Addi. They missed Molly, Missy and Andy.

Andrea, the kids and I went downtown to have lunch and go to the Children's Museum. It was fun to walk around downtown. The Children's Museum is always good and the kids love it. Then we were home to make chocolate covered rice krispie treats. YUM!

A day at the park

We spent the day at two parks. We went to one and didn't really like it so we left and went to Target and then went to a different park. The kids really liked both of them.

We didn't go anywhere this week so Andrea and I just planned somethings for the kids to do. And some crafts for us. We made some yarn bowls and the kids colored eggs. We are making chocolate covered rice krispie treats tomorrow. It's not Disney or the beach but it is a lot of fun.

The spirit of Louisville

Andrea, Baron, Addi, Gigi and I went away for one night to Louisville. We went to the Louisville Zoo and loved it. We also spent the night at the downtown Marriott it was very nice. The kids loved the room. They were very excited to run and play and jump on the bed. We ended the evening at the mall (of course) and then went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. We wanted to do something else in Louisville today but it was raining so we ended up at the outlets in Edinburg. It was a fun weekend.
